Leading and Managing Change Workshop for an organisation that had grown through rapid acquisition and is likely to continue to do so. The programmes objectives were:
- to create an understanding of the rationale for change,
- to understand how the participants deal with change themselves
- to develop the skills to lead and manage their teams through change.
One of the delegates said "it was the best course I have ever attended. It challenged my thinking and helped me develop ways to better manage my team."
Effective Meetings Workshop
A client reported that there was a growing level of frustration due to the number of meetings being held each week; many of which were considered a waste of time. So we designed and developed the Effective Meetings Workshop and have had great feedback from participants who reported that
"we have reduced the number of meetings attended and those that continue are much more useful with everyone fully participating and best of all, we have freed up some valuable time!"
Coaching the Finance Team
This team were not performing (real and perceived). We used appreciative enquiry techniques to understand the issues from the customer and team perspective and developed solutions to improve customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. The MD stated "the ratings on customer and employee satisfaction showed a marked improvement within the first quarter and the trend is continuing to improve."
Employee Engagement Survey
